Blackstar Fly 3 Vintage 3 Watt 1×3 Inch Combo Amp

The Blackstar Fly 3 has two channels letting you create both clean and overdrive sounds. The clean channel can cover pristine sounds through to edge-of-breakup tones, while the drive channel covers crunch sounds through to distortion. The amp also features Blackstar’s patented ISF technology that creates a blend of sound between American and British styles of overdrive.

Delay

A built-in tape delay sound provides a sympathetic ambience which can help ‘pad out’ your tone and give your playing a polished sound. The delay effect can range from small-room style slapback delay sounds through to large-room delay tones for soaring solos.

Multiple Inputs – Guitar & Music Playback

The Fly 3 has a guitar input and an additional aux-in, so you can connect your music playback device and jam along with your favourite music. The 3” speaker is a full-range design, meaning it reproduces all frequencies equally (unlike traditional guitar amp speakers); this lets you use the Fly 3 as a music playback speaker, where it will reproduce a balanced frequency range for the ultimate battery-powered music system.

Emulated Output

The Fly 3 also has an emulated line output. This is compatible with headphones and other line-level devices such as recording interfaces and mixing desks. The line output has an emulated speaker sound, so no matter what you connect the amplifier to, you’ll be guaranteed the sound of a professionally mic’d guitar cabinet. This means the Fly 3 can be used as a silent practice amp with headphones, or as a recording amplifier where its direct signal will send a great tone to your recording device.

Battery Powered & Expansion

The Fly 3 can be powered by DC or 6x AA batteries, giving you the option of playing in locations without electricity. The amplifier can also be connected to an external Fly 103 extension cabinet to create a portable stereo setup with great tone.
