What sets it apart from the crowd is Peavey’s TransTube preamp that gives it remarkably realistic tube amp tone and dynamic response. Peavey’s exclusive, patented TransTube technology emulates the sound of tube amplifiers with the convenience and reliability of solid-state design. The amp has a master volume control and separate lead gain control. Combined with the clean and lead channel switch, you can go from chunking rhythm to screaming lead in an instant! A three-band passive EQ allows you to further tweak your tone.
The 1/4″ inch stereo tape/CD input jack allows you to jam along with your favorite recordings, and the headphone jack makes it possible to do it all without bothering the neighbors.
