Jackson uses a neck-through construction with a graphite-reinforced maple neck and body wings made of lime, which in combination with the “Speed Neck” neck profile and the rosewood fingerboard in compound radius promises a high playing comfort.

Two Duncan Designed HB-103 humbuckers also do the electrical sound conversion. Derived from the legendary Distortion Mayhem set, these pickups put a lot of pressure on the amplifier and deliver a hot sound that is perfect for deep tuned riffs or solos with biting assertiveness. Of course, the Jackson X Series Soloist SLX RW Satin Red Pearl is equipped with the Floyd Rose Special Double Locking Tremolo for uninhibited Whammy Bar actions.
