Mids as they were meant to be heard. The Celestion TF0818MR is an 8” mid-range driver with a nominal impedance of 8 Ohms and a 100W RMS power rating. With the ability to reproduce mid frequencies with outstanding clarity and detail, the TF0818MR is the perfect choice for a three-way multi-driver speaker system.
The closed-back design prevents your low-frequency driver’s backwave radiation from affecting the TF0818MR’s motion, eliminating the need for a separate mid-range enclosure in your cabinet. The pressed steel chassis and kevlar-loaded paper cone ensure your driver is well-protected and reliable, whilst simultaneously delivering excellent acoustic performance. Easy to install using the four mounting slots, this compact driver is designed to fit cut-outs measuring 7.2”. With a wide frequency response from 800Hz all the way up to 5kHz, the Celestion TF0818MR’s accurate and articulate mid-range reproduction is an ideal addition to any system.
